How to register with grocery1?
Grocery1 registration can be done through both the app and website. Click on the registration button and fill the form.
please be sure to provide correct information, which will help us to find your location easily
how can I login?
Click on the account menu icon at the top and it will redirect you to the login page.
you can provide your email id and password to log in.
How to edit my address?
After login into your account, please click on the address button.
it will show your current billing and shipping address. Click on the “edit” button to edit the address respectively.
How to check my orders?
After login into your account, click on the “orders” button.
It will list all your orders. Click on the view button to check the details of that order.
How to modify the orders?
- Login in to your account
- Click on the orders button
- It will list all your orders
- To view the order, click on the view button
- To cancel the order, click on the cancel button (cancellation is only possible before delivery)
How to get refund?
There is no refund after delivery.
If paid through the payment gateway, the refund will be initiated on cancellation before delivery. It will take 10 working days to reflect in your account.
No refund on cancellation, if COD is selected for payment.
How to use coupon?
Coupons can be used on the cart page.
Provide the coupon code and click on apply coupon button. It will include the offer on the cart order.
